In my experience, it is better to cut dinner than to cut breakfast to begin with. You do most of your fasting when you sleep. And, in fact, I experienced a better weight loss when I had breakfast, lunch and a light dinner early around 15:00.

I’ve lost a lot of weight between 16/8 and 20/4, but the best way to lose weight fast is to start with a program that you actually stick to.

I started with workouts that I can handle, they made me feel good and I was able to do it consistently enough to make it a habit.
