When you wake up in the morning and go to the kitchen for coffee, you start your day with a weight training exercise. From there, it’s just a few steps (word of mouth!) To do even more.
When you get up from your chair, take an extra seat or two. As you prepare to climb the steps, take a break at the bottom for a few climbs. When you’re in the kitchen, spend time with your heels up.
Do a few types of weight-bearing exercises. Keep up with what you do naturally while pursuing your hobbies and supplement with a planned exercise routine several times a week. You will feel better, you will be stronger and you will keep your balance, flexibility and strength until the golden years.
